Modified Filing Procedures Address Security Concerns

In response to the recent disclosure of wide-spread cybersecurity breaches of government computer systems, effective January 11, 2021, certain Highly Sensitive Documents must be filed only in paper form. Case Search Information

Case docket information for Civil cases opened prior to July 1, 2002, and for Criminal cases opened prior to February 1, 2007, can be found through the court's Case Search Information page. No PACER account is needed for this information. Although the docket (chronological list of case activity) may be viewed, documents in these cases are not available electronically.
